Grampound Secure Dog Walking Field – Terms & Conditions
We look forward to welcoming you and your dogs to Grampound Secure Dog Walking Field. To ensure the safety and enjoyment of the field for you and others please read the following. It is understood that each time you make a booking you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
- We cannot be held responsible for any accident or injury to users or dogs whilst using Grampound Secure Dog Walking Field. Every precaution has been taken to ensure the safety of the field for you to enjoy.
- Use of Grampound Secure Dog Walking Field is at the dog owners own risk. We recommend that you have public liability insurance, often included in your pet or home insurance policy.
- Parts of the field may not be completely level, users should be aware of this to avoid injury to themselves and their dogs.
- You must not enter the field before your allocated time slot, especially if someone else is using it before you. And you must exit on time to allow the next person their full-time slot. If there is an issue you should contact us immediately on the number provided on the contact page.
- If you arrive early you must wait in your vehicle in the outside parking area, do not linger by or block the gateway. Dog’s must stay in your vehicle at all times until inside the field.
- If you arrive late for your time slot you cannot recuperate this time back at the end. Please be time conscience as to assure a smooth running of the day.
- Dogs are not to be left unattended in the field at any time.
- Exempt breeds are allowed to use our field, lead and muzzle free, as long as the gate has been padlocked again once inside to prevent the gate being accidently opened by someone else. These dogs should remain inside the vehicle until the gate is locked and then secured back in the vehicle before the gate is unlocked again.
- Dogs should not dig holes in the field. If your dog causes significant damage to the field you must contact us immediately so we can fix it.
- There is a dog pin provided for dog waste only, any other rubbish must be taken away with you.
- Grampound Secure Dog Walking Field is a non-smoking area. If someone is caught smoking in the field you will be banned from returning.
- All dogs should be immunised and up to date with vaccines. If you have booked and your dog becomes unwell do not bring them to the field, please contact us and we will rearrange your booking.
- Users must respect the field and its contents at all times. Children should not climb the gate, fences or equipment or be left unattended at any time.
- The maximum number of dogs allowed in the field at one time is 4, unless a pre-arrangement for more dogs has been agreed.
- We have neighbours down one side of the field who all love to see your dogs enjoying themselves but please be respectful if booking early or late slots. We understand dogs bark, as do they.
- Users must lock the gate after use with the lock provided even if the next user has arrived for their slot. This prevents anyone entering the field who has not booked properly.
- Under no circumstances should a user divulge any combination codes to a third party. The codes are subject to change at any time without any notice and the current code will always be in your confirmation email.
- The user who makes the booking is the person responsible for all persons and dogs in the field during their time slot.
- Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk. Grampound Secure Dog Walking Field cannot be held responsible for any accidents, damage or loss that may occur to your vehicle.
- Grampound Dog Walking Field will not offer a refund if you do not turn up for your allocated time slot.
Grampound Secure Dog Walking Field has the right to refuse or cancel bookings who do not comply with our terms and conditions at any time.
